Process

How We Work With Partners

A structured, transparent process from first meeting to long-term collaboration.

Every partnership begins with understanding. We take the time to learn about your institution, your goals, and your challenges before proposing any solutions.

Six Stages

01Typically 1–2 meetings

Initial Consultation

We meet with institutional leadership to understand goals, current international activity, and areas where IBI can add value.

02Comprehensive institutional review

Needs Assessment

Our team conducts a structured review of programmes, partnerships, staff capacity, and quality frameworks to identify priorities.

03Formal MoU and roadmap

Partnership Agreement

We draft a clear MoU or partnership agreement outlining scope, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

04Active implementation phase

Programme & Service Delivery

We implement agreed programmes and services, from course delivery and staff training to international office development.

05Ongoing quality assurance

Monitoring & Review

Regular reviews ensure programmes meet quality standards and institutional objectives, with adjustments as needed.

06Scale and sustain

Long-Term Development

As the partnership matures, we expand into new programme areas, deepen UK university connections, and support sustainability.
